Emergency Preparedness Luncheon with Jasper Operators

Join BLLHA in welcoming operators from Jasper, Alberta to share stories and learnings from the summer 2024 wildfire event.
BLLHA Members are invited to an in-person luncheon with Jasper operators focused on emergency preparedness hosted by BLLHA. This event will take place at The Banff Park Lodge in the Black Bear Room on November 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM MST.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with Jasper operators to discuss strategies, learned experiences, and best practices for emergency readiness.
Plugging In: EV Charging Infrastructure Workshop (virtual)

Join us for a free, virtual workshop on electric vehicle charging infrastructure in the Bow Valley. This workshop will help business owners, managers, and operations staff better understand EV charging options, planning and installation considerations, and how to prepare for growing demand from guests who drive electric vehicles.

After the year-end meeting where the Board will adopt the 2027 Business Plan, please join us for a drop-in festive social with cocktails and canapes in the Conservatory.
Following our event, the Fairmont Banff Springs invites BLLHA guests to join them for a Tree Lighting Celebration in support of Make-A-Wish Canada in Mt. Stephen Hall from 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Sunrise Breakfast with Superintendents – Invite Only

Select BLLHA members and industry partners are invited to join BLLHA and the Parks superintendents for our twice annual Sunrise Breakfast to receive updates and hear about future plans. A moderated Q&A will follow. Invitations are non-transferable.
