Workforce & HR Resources

Supporting our Hospitality Workforce
The Banff & Lake Louise Hospitality Association supports the people behind Banff National Park’s world-class visitor experience. Through the HR Committee, comprised of human resource leaders from across the park, BLLHA works to support over 115 employers and more than 5,000 members of the hospitality workforce.
Working in collaboration with our HR Committee, we champion workforce sustainability through advocacy, research, training, housing needs, and partnerships that help attract, retain, and develop talent in our unique mountain environment.

Mental Health & Wellness Resources
Good mental health includes being aware of your abilities, being able to cope with the stresses of daily life, being able to work productively, and being able to participate in your community.
If you feel detached from the people around you, overwhelmed by stress, or too distracted or distraught to be productive, those are all signs that your mental health may be struggling. If you see the signs, there are Bow Valley resources and support services available to you.
Workplace Inclusion Charter
BLLHA is a founding supporter of the The Bow Valley Workplace Inclusion Charter (WIC), a locally-driven, no-cost toolkit and recognition program that supports employers to create more inclusive workplaces in the Bow Valley.
We encourage all Bow Valley businesses, non-profits, and government organizations of all sizes to join the program and take these practical steps to build more inclusive workplaces.
